1.1 We want all customers to be happy with the products they have purchased from us. As such, should you notice any defects with your product upon delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. We will review all exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.
1.2 We will only accept exchanges for products that suffer from damage received during transit/delivery, and in extremely rare cases, manufacturing defects.
1.3 To aid in assessing your exchange claim, we will require you to attach a photo of the perceived defect on your product to our customer care email address.
1.4 All goods must be returned within 30 days from the original date of delivery. The arrangement of the return will be borne by you.

1.5 We strongly recommend you to opt for a postage service that allows tracking of parcel.
